Meet the Atkinsons
We, Neil and Vera, have been married for over 25 years. As we dropped our youngest off at college in 2024 we headed out on our first long adventure, visiting all SEC football stadiums in one season. But first we went to Iowa to await the start of the football season. As semi-retired engineers, we use spreadsheets to plan our travels and manage our lists of all the places we would like to go.
We travel in a Host mammoth camper van on a Ford F-450. We call the camper “EhVan” as a reference to the great SNL skit, “Living in a van down by the river.”
Along for the ride is our 13-year old half Basset/half blood hound dog, Ruby.
